United Utilities have a Tariff (Single person household tariff) that is designed for people who live on there own and could cut costs of water bill dramatically (in some instances by up to 40%). This is an independent charity which gives free, confidential, high quality advice on welfare benefits, debt, and money guidance issues.
Their advice is given by home visits throughout Merseyside. They will visit anyone who is a tenant of Pierhead Housing. RAISE will also represent clients at tribunal hearings.
