If your income or family circumstances change, it is important that you notify the Housing Benefit Office immediately Application forms are available from the Association or the Housing Benefit Office.
It is very important that you complete a Housing Benefit Renewal Form every year for your rebate to continue.
If you fail to do this, your Housing Benefit will be stopped and you will, subsequently, be responsible for arrears occurring on your rent account. The Housing Benefit Office pay benefit from the date the form is received by them, so do not delay the return of new forms you receive.
