Pierhead are committed to achieving the highest possible standard of service for our elderly, vulnerable and disabled residents. We will take into account your specific needs and wherever possible help you remain in your home, or move to more suitable accommodation such as a supported housing scheme if appropriate.
Pierhead work with a host of different partners to help provide support to people in their own homes; we do this by:
- Renting properties directly to Supported agencies, such as Autism Initiatives, European Wellcare, etc. Who in turn will place vulnerable residents in the property so they can live as independently as possible with the support they need.
- Providing Sheltered and adapted properties which we rent directly to the individual tenants.
