Our student accommodation is located in the vibrant Liverpool City Centre. Just a few minutes walk from the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University the building is conveniently located close to all local amenities. Our student accommodation has recently been awarded accreditation status of CLASS (Citywide Landlord Accreditation Safety Scheme) by Liverpool City Council.

Monument Buildings boasts a variety of accommodation to suit all needs. We have 17 individual flats, consisting of a varying number of rooms within. These range from 1 bed self contained flats to 9 bedrooms per flat. Flats have a varying number of communal WCs and showers and some flats also have bathtubs.
