Pierhead’s regeneration strategy for the Wirral will advance to higher levels when our land located at Freeman Quays, with spectacular views across to the internationally acclaimed Liverpool waterfront is developed.

The Wirral Waterfont Partnership has been formed bringing together not only Wirral Borough Council but also key private sector landowners such as the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board and Merseytravel. This partnership has set itself the challenge of holistically redeveloping the waterfront of Birkenhead to truly enable Birkenhead to have its own waterfront identity and to further generate local employment and investment opportunities for the benefit of the communities living on the Wirral. We believe that this is an exceptional and exciting opportunity to stimulate the local economy with significant potential investment.
