The properties are fitted-out to a standard specification by the Association, and these works can then be enhanced/upgraded by the incoming tenant to meet their own requirements.
Each unit is available under the terms of a new lease with varying periods of between 3 and 10 years, and is subject to an annual rent and service charge, which is collected on a quarterly basis.
