Pierhead Housing has a wide range of property available for rent, from one bedroom bed-sits, student accommodation to larger family homes and contemporary apartments.

All of our homes are well maintained by both our responsive repairs service and by our rolling programme of maintenance for the exteriors of properties. Internally, the decoration of the property is the responsibility of the individual tenant and most of our properties are let unfurnished.

Before you move in to your new home, Pierhead will undertake any repair work that is necessary to ensure that it is in good condition.
