If you would like to apply for housing with Pierhead, you can do so by:
We have property in Liverpool (primarily Kensington, Kirkdale, Wavertree, Tuebrook and Toxteth), Sefton (Bedford Road and Knowsley Road areas of Bootle, Birkdale, Litherland, Southport) and the Wirral (Birkenhead, Rock Ferry and Tranmere).
Once we receive your completed form, we will decide whether or not you are eligible for acceptance onto our waiting list, and let you know our decision within 10 working days. For details of how we make this decision, please download our Lettings Policy. Please note, if you live within the Merseyside area and you are the tenant of another Housing Association or Council, you cannot apply for housing with Pierhead (unless you are applying for sheltered accommodation). You should contact your landlord to discuss your rehousing options.
To view the types of property/area on Pierhead's current waiting list please look at the View Waiting List Properties section.
Pierhead, in partnership with Liverpool City Council and other partner Registered Social Landlords have joined together and launched a choice based lettings scheme known as Property Pool. 50% of all Pierhead's properties that become vacant will be let through the Property Pool scheme. All new applicants have the option to be registered on Property Pool as well as Pierhead's own waiting list. Pierhead also allocates 50% of our Sefton properties through Homesearch, a choiced based lettings scheme. For more information on this see the related link on this page.
