Q. Once I am accepted on to Pierhead's waiting list, how long will I have to wait for a property?
This depends upon the property type and area, but we hope to rehouse people within 12 months.
Q. What should I do if my circumstances change after I have completed an application form?
A. Contact Us to advise us of the change. Your application will then be re-assessed and you will be informed of how the change effects your position or priority.
