• 3 term payments, in line with student loan
2. How much is the deposit?
Ans: - £150.00. This is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy- as long as there is no damage to the property. 3. How long is the contract?
Ans: - Pierhead offer a 42-week contract, but you can reserve accommodation at a discounted rate over the summer. The contract starts in September and ends in June. 4. Can I store my things over the summer?
Ans: - No, unfortunately we do not have storage facilities. 5. What furniture is provided in the communal area?
Ans: - The lounge areas have 2 leather sofas and a dining table with chairs. In flats that do not have a lounge area, the kitchens have a dining room table, along with under counter breakfast stools in some flats. 6. What furniture is provided in the bedrooms?
Ans: - Bed & Mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, notice board, computer desk and chair.
