Pierhead carries out work on all of its properties on a five year rolling programme, to ensure that your home is kept in a good state of repair.
This work includes:
· external repairs to gates, doors, fences, railings, windows
· redecoration of external areas
· communal areas (for blocks of flats)
The following properties are included in this years’ programme (2007-2008). The Technical Services Department will contact you informing you when this work will take place.
