In the unfortunate event that you need an emergency repair to your home (in the event of total heating failure, burst pipes, unsafe structures, gas leaks) you need to contact the Technical Services Department immediately.
During office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

Out of office hours (after 5pm, weekends and Bank Holidays)
call our
freephone emergency repair number on 0800 587 4480.
Please remember that the out of hours repair service is very expensive and should only be used in a real emergency.
Please do not report emergency repairs via the internet.
